Not yet really feeling the Happy in the Holidays? Or, are you starting to maybe get a little stressed already? I say yes to both of these. Alas, how about some songs to help boost your Happy mood? Researchers say music can reduce stress by as much as 41%. And, that it doesn’t matter the lyrics as much as if the songs have an upbeat or soothing tone. Even more-so, as I found while watching a youth choir perform live last night, is when you can sing along. I had Fa-la-la-la fun! To that I say, “Hallelujah!” Bring on the tunes! Enjoy.
