Permission to be Happy

     Most of us could take a more active role in our lives.  Making happiness a priority is the most important thing we can do for ourselves (and our loved ones).  Therefore, we must give ourselves permission to be happy, and develop a habit of happiness.  It’s up to no one else but us.  And, if necessary, we need to keep reminding ourselves regularly that it’s okay to be happy cause, we anticipate happiness and accept nothing less.  Because, we tend to attract what we expect.  As Somerset Maugham tells us, It’s a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it.”
